Humble Beginnings as an Injection and OEM Plant

CHANYI TECHNOLOGY is a subsidiary of CHANGLN PLASTIC CO., single handedly founded by Mr. Chi-Chen, Wu.

Since 1982, we have been an OEM provider of various services in the plastic industry, these include plastic precision painting, plastic printing, and processing. We have provided our services to many renowned international brands over the years, such as Motorola, BenQ Mobile, Canon, Pentax, Blaupunkt and Philips.

After the first generation of management has overseen OEM plastic production for more than 40 years, the second generation joined the business and established Chanyi Technology in 2014.

The second generation of management was very passionate about nature and the environment, especially diving. Relaxing and enjoying the sights of coral reefs and tropical maritime life, and occasionally stumbling upon sea turtles and swimming with them, was one of the most important pastimes they enjoyed.

However, during a meal outside one day, a startling news clip with a straw sticking out of a sea turtle’s nostril changed everything. The news clip was not only devastating to us, as we enjoyed and cherished the maritime creatures and environment. We immediately asked ourselves: “What happened to all the plastic that we used to produce? How did it end up in the ocean like that?

Which is why we decided to make a difference.

We combined the technical know-how of our forefathers with our environmentally minded ideas, culminating in the successful development of bamboo-based composite materials.

About CHANYI company's bamboo products

 

• Bamboo fiber products are fully environmentally friendly products in the four stages of Raw Materials, Manufacture, Use, and Waste.
• In our manufacturing process, we grind the raw materials into the powder we need, and use specially developed methods to make natural bamboo golf tees. There is no waste water in the manufacturing process, and the temperature required by our process machinery does not exceed two hundred degrees and can effectively control carbon emissions.
• Our company's bamboo products are made of natural bamboo fiber, completely free of any plastics and chemicals, combustible and can be decomposed naturally in the natural environment.
• Bamboo products are combustible garbage after use, and will not produce any toxic chemicals when burned.
• After being buried in the soil, it enters the biological decomposition process in the general natural environment and can be completely decomposed by the microorganisms in the soil.
• If the natural bamboo fiber golf tee is placed in water, water molecules will slowly penetrate into the plant fiber structure to decompose the golf tee. The higher the content of microorganisms in the water, the faster the decomposition speed. Because the pure natural ingredients of bamboo fiber golf tee, after decomposition, it becomes organic matter and returns to nature, becoming the nutrient of the earth.

• The raw material bamboo is granulated into bamboo fiber raw materials with special formula, which is formed by injection machines, and the production quality is stable and the production speed is fast.
• Commercially available wood tees require felling trees. Bamboo fiber raw material is a natural antibacterial, low environmental cost and minimal environmental burden.
• After three to four years of growth, bamboo is fully mature, which is the best harvesting period. Therefore, timely felling is the best natural recycling use for bamboo.
